TRIANGLETRADER.COM REFUND POLICY
TriangleTrader.com offers a variety of enhancement options to improve the chances
of a buyer or seller’s response to an ad, and therefore does not generally offer
refunds on listing fees. Once an ad is posted, the advertiser could immediately
gain exposure to TriangleTrader’s visitors, and should understand that no guarantees
are made as to any particular number or minimum amount of potential buyers or sellers
that will be exposed to any ad.
TriangleTrader.com adheres to the following policy with respect to requests for
refunds of listing fees:
1. TriangleTrader.com will not provide any refund, for any reason; if TriangleTrader.com
receives the request for refund more than 5 days after an ad has been ordered.
2. Refunds requested within five days of an order will not be granted unless:
(i) An ad is cancelled prior to actually being posted.
(ii) A duplicate ad was posted inadvertently, and the advertiser cancels the duplicate
ad within 15 minutes of the inadvertent post.
3. TriangleTrader.com does not provide refunds to advertisers who change their mind
about an ad, or its content or enhancements, for mistakes in submitting an ad, for
lack of inquiries or offers for products and services advertised, or for advertised
items that sold through other means. In the case of mistakes in posting an ad, advertisers
are allowed to edit their posting anytime during their ad exposure.
4. No refunds are offered to advertisers who wish to cancel enhancements to an ad
posting, but enhancements may be added at the advertiser’s additional cost after
an ad has been posted.
5. Approved refunds of credit card transactions will be made as credits to the credit
card account used in the initial transaction.
6. Advertisers wishing to request a refund authorized by this policy must submit
a request by email to traderhelp@curtismedia.com. TriangleTrader makes every effort
to respond to all requests within two business days.
